We answer within one working day, Malaysian time. No newsletter, no follow-up sequence, no sharing your address with anyone.

Enterprise and procurement

Deploying to 20 seats or more, or need to complete a vendor security assessment? Pick "Enterprise deployment" or "Security or procurement review" and include your deadline — those get answered first.

Licence trouble

Locked out, changed machine, or an activation that won't take? Most of it is self-service in your account — release a seat and activate the new computer yourself. If that doesn't solve it, write to us.

Purchase orders

We invoice against a PO for Team and Enterprise. Send your PO number and billing details and we'll raise the invoice, then issue your licence once it's settled.

Reporting a security issue

If you've found a vulnerability, please tell us before you tell anyone else. Choose "Something isn't working", write SECURITY at the top of your message, and we'll respond the same day.
